Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation solemnly announces Resolution No. 11.2026/NQ-HDQT dated September 21, 2026, Approval of the transaction whereby Hung Hau Agriculture Corporation acquires a stake in HungHau Vietnam Company Limited (Enterprise Code: 0316648319), on the following principal terms:

• Transaction scope: Acquisition of a stake with a value of VND 3,000,000,000 (in words: Three billion Vietnamese Dong only), representing 56.285% of the charter capital of Hung Hau Vietnam Company Limited. Upon completion of the acquisition of the stake, HungHau Vietnam Company Limited shall become a subsidiary of Hung Hau Agriculture Corporation.
• Transaction value: VND 4,5000,000,000 (In words: Four billion five hundred million Vietnamese Dong only).
• Transferor: Hung Hau Foods Joint Stock Company (Enterprise Code: 0313323785).
• Expected completion date: September 22, 2026
