• Transaction value: VND 47,465,000,000 (In words: Forty-seven billion four hundred sixty-five million six hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong only).
• Transferee: Hung Hau Development Corporation (Tax code: 0309929580).
• Expected completion date: September 29, 2026
