On June 03, 2026, the Company received Notification No. 21518/26 dated June 01, 2026, from the Department of Finance of Dong Thap Province regarding the dissolution of Hung Hau Fishery Company Limited (Tax Code: 1402052916). Accordingly, effective from June 01, 2026, Hung Hau Fishery Company Limited is officially dissolved and is no longer a subsidiary of Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation
